Well it’s out and it is washing over the web like an iTsunami. Steve Jobs announced the iPhone 3G which is priced to roll out the door compared with the last iPhone release. For a slick two hundo (8 gig version) or for a few dollars more at 3 hundo (16 gig version) the 3G comes with built in GPS, 10 hour battery life for talk time on 2G network (half that on 3G network), hooked up with Microsoft exchange, and new apps downloads at the App Store bringing you tools for business and pleasure. Also with the 3G is a compatible function for the new Mobileme service to keep your contacts, email, and calendar organized with our exponentially accelerating world. Oh, and it is thinner and comes in white too!
This is definitely an upgrade from the previous iPhone, but I am personally a bit disappointed considering the data plan price jumped up quite a bit. Best phone for the money on the market though, that’s for sure.
