My buddy was just engaged, my girlfriend’s little sister is getting married, I am invited to three wedding already this summer, and it’s that time of year when every dude with a girlfriend is being badgered about when he’s going to take the plunge.

I read this book about a year ago and thought it was time to revisit it. The hero of our story is of course the Average American Male, maybe a little on the crass and testosterone laden side but relatable enough to most guys nonetheless. The story follows him through a few relationships and runs as a stream of consciousness to his realization that he will inevitability fall victim to monogamy.
